Canon IRADV clear error code

To clear a persistent service error code (E-code) on a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine, you must reset it through the technician’s Service Mode. Press the Settings/Registration button, tap 2 and 8 simultaneously on the keypad, and press Settings/Registration again. On the touch screen, navigate to Service Mode ->COPIER -> FUNCTION ->CLEAR. Select ERR and tap OK to clear the error log. Once completed, exit the Service Mode menu and completely turn the main power switch OFF and ON again to reboot and restore normal operation.
