Yes. 😁 Toner replacement is included in most rental plans. Usage is monitored automaticallyto ensure smooth daily operations.
What happens if the copier break down?
No worries at all. Our technicians respond quickly, and repairs are fully covered to minimize downtime and keep your office running smoothly.
What is the eAlert system and how can it helps me?
The eAlert system automatically monitor toner levels and machine errors, allowing issues to be resolved before they disrupt your work.
Can I trade in my old copier?
Yes. 😁 Trade-in options are available, all subject to evaluation.
How fast is installation after order?
Installation is usually completed within 7 working days, including professional delivery and on-site setup.
Which areas do you covered?

Is the RM1500 deposit refundable?
Yes. 😁 The RM1500 security deposit is refundable and is required to secure the machine for your rental.

Copier2U FAQs - SST & Stamp duty information
Is SST charged on copier rental ? At this moment, Copier2U Sdn Bhd does not charge SST for copier rental services.
Is Stamp Duty applicable? Yes. Stamp Duty fees are chargeable in accordance with the Stamp Act 1949, where applicable.
