CLEAR JOB LIST KONICA
To delete pending or stuck print and copy jobs on a Konica Minolta machine, press the physical Job List button located on the control panel. On the touch screen, navigate to the Current/Active tab to view all jobs currently in the queue. Select the specific job that is stuck or that you wish to cancel, and tap the Delete button at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation prompt will appear; tap Yes to permanently clear the job from the system memory, allowing subsequent documents to print normally.
