Canon IRADV clear error code

To clear a persistent service error code (E-code) on a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine, you must reset it through the technician’s Service Mode. Press the Settings/Registration button, tap 2 and 8 simultaneously on the keypad, and press Settings/Registration again. On the touch screen, navigate to Service Mode -> COPIER -> FUNCTION ->CLEAR. Select ERR and tap OK to clear the error log. Once completed, click on the reset button.
