SETTING PORTRAIT OR LANDSCAPE FOR PDF FILE
To change a PDF file’s layout between portrait and landscape before printing or saving, open the document in a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat and access the Print menu (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P). Under the Page Setup or Orientation section, select either Portrait (vertical alignment) or Landscape (horizontal alignment). For scanning or copying on a multifunction printer, select your destination, tap Scan Settings (or Original Setting) on the touch screen, look for Original Direction, and choose the matching layout. This ensures the digital PDF saves with the correct visual orientation without cutting off margins.
