SCAN DEFAULT PDF FORMAT MC XEROX
To set PDF as the permanent default file format for scanning on a Fuji Xerox (ApeosPort/DocuCentre) machine, press the physical Log In/Out button and enter the administrator credentials. On the touch screen, navigate to Tools -> System Settings -> Scan Service Settings -> Scan Defaults. Locate the File Format option, open it, and select PDF (or Multi-Page PDF) from the available list instead of TIFF or JPEG. Tap Save or Close to confirm the selection, and exit the administrator menu to lock in PDF as your automatic scanning format for all future jobs.
