SAVE PASSWORD USERNAME FOR SCAN FUJI XEROX
To permanently save a username and password for a network scan destination (SMB) on a Fuji Xerox machine, press the physical Home button and select Address Book on the touch screen. Select an existing contact or tap Create New Contact. Under the Transfer Settings or Filing Destination tab, change the protocol to SMB and enter the server path. Scroll down to the authentication section, switch it to Specify Authenticated User, and enter the network username. Tap the password field to type in and confirm the network password, then tap Save to lock in the credentials for seamless scanning.
