When automated print streams (like raw SQL query print jobs) trigger a persistent “No Matching Paper Size” or “Paper Mismatch” prompt because the requested software dimensions don’t perfectly line up with your physical inventory, you can force the machine to overwrite the requirement and print anyway.
Press the physical Utility/Counter key on the control panel, then navigate to User Settings -> System Settings -> Paper Tray Settings ->No Matching Paper in Tray Setting. Change this setting from its default Stop Printing behavior to Print with Nearest Paper Size (or force it to target a specific reservoir like the Manual Feed/Bypass Tray). Tap OK to save.
