PRINT ID USAGE CANON
To print a total volume usage report on standard, non-ADVANCE Canon imageRUNNER series models, press the physical ID button or the Counter Check/Utility key on the control panel, then log in using your Administrator Department ID and PIN. On the touch screen display, select System Settings -> Department ID Management. Next, tap the Page Totals or Check Total Counter button to view the usage on screen. To generate a physical hard copy report detailing the copy, print, and scan counts for every registered user ID, simply tap the Print List button and press Start.
