PRINT ID USAGE CANON IRADV
To print a total volume report for user accounts on a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE, press the physical Settings/Registration button (gear icon) and log in using your administrator Department ID and PIN. On the touch screen, navigate to Management Settings ->User Management -> Department ID Management. Locate and tap the Page Totals or Total Volume option. To generate a physical hard copy of the page counts (which breaks down color, black-and-white, and copy/print jobs for every ID), tap the Print List button, select your paper source, and press Start.
