CHECK MACHINE OFFLINE KONICA
To troubleshoot an offline Konica printer, first verify that the LAN cable on the back of the machine is securely plugged in and displaying active green and amber link lights. Next, press Utility-> Device Information on the screen to check if the machine’s IP address has changed. On your computer, open Devices and Printers, right-click your Konica driver, select Printer Properties, and navigate to the Ports tab. Click Configure Port to ensure the IP address entered exactly matches the printer’s current IP, and uncheck SNMP Status Enabled if it is blocking communication.
