USB cannot detect or use - KONICA C224 364
If your Konica Minolta bizhub C224 or C364 fails to detect a USB flash drive, the external memory port is likely disabled in the system settings. To fix this, press the physical Utility/Counter key and log into Administrator Settings using your admin password. Navigate to System Settings -> User Box Settings, and select External Memory Function Settings. Switch the options for Print Document and Save Document from Restrict to Allow. Tap OK to save the changes. Additionally, ensure your USB drive is formatted to FAT32, as the copier cannot read NTFS file systems.
