To save the ID Card Copy feature as a permanent shortcut on a Konica Minolta bizhub C220 or C360, first set up the function by pressing Copy, tapping Application, selecting Card Shot, and turning it [ON]. Next, press the physical Utility/Counter key and navigate to User Settings -> Custom Display Settings ->Copy Function Screen Layout. Choose an empty function key slot on the touch screen layout, assign Card Shot (or ID Card Copy) to it, and tap OK. This locks the shortcut directly onto your main copy screen for instant, one-touch access in the future.
