TURN ON FAX REPORT KM
To enable automatic fax confirmation or activity reports on a Konica Minolta bizhub copier, press the physical Utility/Counter key (or tap Utility on newer i-Series models) and log into Administrator Settings. Navigate to Fax Settings ->Report Settings. From this menu, you can configure several logs: select TX (Transmission) Result Report and set it to [ON] or [If TX Fails] to get a receipt for sent faxes. Next, select Activity Report and set it to [ON] to print a running history log after every 100 communications. Tap OK to save the settings.
