RESET LIMIT ID USAGE KM
If a user gets locked out because their ID or Account Track code has reached its maximum print allowance, you can restore their access by resetting the volume counter. Press the physical Utility/Counter key (or tap Utility -> Administrator on the i-Series) and log in with your admin password (default is 12345678).
Navigate to User Authentication/Account Track and select either User Authentication Settings->Â User Counter (for individual card/ID logins) or Account Track Setting -> Account Track Counter (for department codes). To unlock everyone simultaneously, tap Reset All Counters at the bottom of the screen, confirm [Yes], and press OK. To unlock just one person, highlight their specific username, select Counter Details, and tap Clear Counter to reset their total back to zero.
