To scan documents directly to a USB flash drive (pendrive) on a Konica Minolta bizhub copier, insert your USB drive into the physical USB port located on the side of the control panel. Wait a few seconds for the machine to recognize the drive, then tap External Memory or Scan to USB from the on-screen pop-up wizard. Place your documents into the automatic feeder or onto the glass, and configure your preferred file settings like color, resolution, or format (such as PDF). Finally, press the green physical Start button to complete the scan and safely save the files onto your pendrive.
