Fuji Xerox disable of turn off report print

To stop a Fuji Xerox machine from automatically printing confirmation or activity reports after every fax or scan job, press the physical Log In/Out button and enter your administrator credentials. On the touch screen, navigate to Tools -> System Settings -> Common Service Settings -> Reports.

Locate options such as Job Flow Report, Scan Report, or Activity Report. Select each one, change the setting from Print to Do Not Print (or Off), and tap Save. Once finished, exit the administrator menu to permanently turn off the automatic report prints.
