Color Gradation adjustments or calibration Canon C5500 Series
To calibrate color density and fix print inconsistencies on a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5500 series machine, press the physical Settings/Registration button (gear icon) on the control panel. On the touch screen, navigate to Adjustment/Maintenance -> Adjust Image Quality ->Auto Adjust Gradation, and select Full Adjust. Choose your paper source and tap Print Test Page. Once the machine prints the test sheet layout containing the CMYK color bands, place it face down on the scanner glass with the black bar aligned to the back edge as instructed on screen, and tap Start Scanning to automatically correct the color calibration.
