To replace the toner tube head (toner supply port/shutter) on a Konica Minolta machine, power off the copier and open the front cover. Remove the respective toner bottle to access the internal supply assembly. Use a screwdriver to remove the securing screws holding the damaged tube head or sub-hopper unit in place. Carefully disconnect any attached sensor wire harnesses and pull the old tube head out. Slide the new replacement tube head into position, ensuring it aligns perfectly, tighten all the screws, reinsert the toner bottle, and close the cover to test the machine.
