CHECK ERROR KONICA - SERVICE MODE-COUNTER-SERVICE CALL HISTORY
To view the service call log on a Konica Minolta machine, first enter Service Mode by pressing the Utility/Counter button, selecting Device Information, and entering the technician access code sequence. Once inside the Service Mode menu, navigate to and tap on the Counter option on the screen. From the sub-menu, select Service Call History. The screen will display a chronological list of recent error codes (such as C-XXXX faults) along with the exact date and time they occurred, allowing technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot recurring hardware issues quickly.
