To check or change the IP address on a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine, press the physical Settings/Registration button (gear icon). On the touch screen, navigate to Preferences ->Network -> TCP/IP Settings -> IPv4 Settings, and select IP Address Settings. Here, you can view your current IP address. To change it, switch the setting from DHCP to Static, manually enter your new IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway using the on-screen keypad, and tap Apply. Finally, restart the machine to save the new network configuration.
