DELETE ADDRESS BOOK NAME LIST AT KONICA C220
To delete names from the address book on a Konica Minolta C220, press the physical Utility/Counter button on the panel. On the touch screen, select One-Touch/User Box Registration -> Create One-Touch Destination -> Address Book (Public). Next, select the destination type (such as Email or SMB/PC folder) to display the registered name list. Scroll through the list or use the alphabet index buttons to highlight the name you want to remove, tap Delete, and select Yes to permanently delete the contact from the machine.
