Default copy colour mode XEROX
To change the default copy color setting (such as forcing black-and-white to save colored ink) on a Xerox machine, log in as an administrator on the touch screen. Navigate to Device -> Tools -> App Settings -> Copy. Select Defaults or Feature Defaults and locate the Color Mode option. Change the selection from Auto Detect or Color to Black & White (or Mono). Save the changes and exit. To lock this configuration for all users, press the physical Log In/Out button, select Save when prompted, and restart the copier to update the default startup settings.
