We are pleased to announce that Copier2u is transitioning to the new e-Invoice system in compliance with LHDN Malaysia’s regulations under Section 827C of the Income Tax Act 1967. This transition will take effect from 1 July 2025.

🌟 What is an e-Invoice?

An e-Invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between Macromac Corporation (Copier2u) and our customers. It requires verification and approval from LHDN before it is officially issued. This transition is part of Malaysia’s move towards a more efficient and transparent tax reporting system.

📅 When is this happening?

The e-Invoice system will be implemented in phases, with our mandatory phase starting on 1 July 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, we are now collecting essential customer information.

📝 How to Register for e-Invoice with Copier2u?

If you wish to obtain an LHDN-verified e-Invoice for your Copier2u transactions, please update your billing information through our e-Invoice portal:

💡 Important Notes

• For customers who do not require e-Invoices, our system will continue issuing normal consolidated invoices by default.
