Internship – Accounts/Admin

Suitable for Diploma/Degree students in Accounting, Business Admin or related fields. What you’ll do
  • Assist in data entry, e-filing, basic AP/AR tasks, and document control.
  • Support invoice/DO preparation and simple reporting.
  • Coordinate admin tasks and maintain orderly records.
What you’ll bring
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn.
  • Internship period: minimum 3 months.

Internship – Content Creator

Perfect for marketing/communications students who love social media. What you’ll do
  • Create short-form content for Facebook/Instagram/TikTok.
  • Write captions (English/BM; Chinese is a plus) and schedule posts.
  • Basic photo/video editing (Canva/CapCut/Premiere or similar).
What you’ll bring
  • Creativity, consistency, and understanding of trends.
  • Portfolio or sample work (preferred).
  • Internship period: minimum 3 months.

Internship – Sales & Marketing

Great for those curious about B2B sales and customer experience. What you’ll do
  • Assist lead generation, outbound calls, and simple product demos.
  • Update CRM, prepare proposals/quotations, and support events.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
What you’ll bring
  • Confident communicator; Bahasa Malaysia & English (Chinese is a plus).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Internship period: minimum 3 months.

Sales Executive (Full-Time)

What you’ll do
  • Prospect and qualify leads; present copier solutions to businesses.
  • Prepare proposals/quotations; manage pipeline and close deals.
  • Build long-term relationships; coordinate after-sales handover.
What you’ll bring
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred (fresh grads encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up discipline.
  • Own transport is an advantage.

Sales Coordinator (Full-Time)

What you’ll do
  • Process orders, prepare documents, and coordinate delivery/installation.
  • Liaise with sales, technicians, logistics, and customers.
  • Update records, track inventory/status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
What you’ll bring
  • Good time management, detail orientation, and teamwork.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic admin tools.

Billing Assistant (Full-Time)

Great fit for detail-oriented candidates who enjoy structured admin and billing work.

What you’ll do
      • Process invoices: prepare, verify, post, and issue e-invoices (LHDN) where applicable.
      • Process Agreements: prepare, check accuracy, route for signatures, and file securely.
      • Process orders: create/track SO/PO/DO, update status in the system.
      • Prepare documents: quotations, delivery orders, installation forms, customer onboarding packs.
      • Coordinate delivery/installation with logistics & technicians; keep customers updated on schedules.
      • Maintain neat filing & digital records; reconcile paperwork with system entries.
      • Assist simple A/R follow-ups and respond to billing enquiries professionally.
What you’ll bring
      • Basic accounting/admin experience (fresh grads encouraged to apply).
      • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; e-invoicing/SST know-how is a plus.
      • Detail-oriented, organised, and a clear communicator (BM & English; Chinese is a plus).
