    Terms and Conditions of Service Acceptance

    By signing this Copier2u Service Acceptance Form, I/we,[Customer/Authorised Representative of Customer named in this Service Acceptance Form], New I/C No / Company No. Business Registration No. hereby acknowledge and agree that:

    i. I/We shall be responsible for all obligations for the Copier2u service with standard/optional activities and agree to be liable for any service charges due and/or for any demand/claim and any cost arising from legal action pertaining to the usage of the Copier2u service under my account.

    ii. Work mentioned under Part II herein is not within Copier2u's standard practice, or obligations and in such event, if customer agrees to the appointment of the contractor, the Customer shall be fully responsible for payment to the said contractor for optional activities done and that the said contractor shall be directly liable to the Customer for any action, omission, defect, loss and/or damage in the course of carrying out or arising from any work carried out by the said contractor, his/her agent or servant.

    iii. The Customer is required to pay in e-wallet/online transfer to the contractor upon completion of the work carried out under Part II.

    Exclusions From Copier2u Support Onsite Service

    Reformat /Updating OS

    Backup, recovery, and support of the operating system, other software, and data. Operational testing of applications / additional tests requested or required by customer.

    Modify Software

    Services required due to unauthorized attempts to install, repair, maintain, or modify software.

    Network Related Problems

    Support for network-related problems. Troubleshooting for interconnectivity or compatibility problems.

    Scan Problems

    Services required due to failure to incorporate any system fix, repair, patch, or modification provided by Copier2u via online support.

    The telephone support will be provided free of charge for any issues related to your statutory rights as a consumer. Calls to Copier2u’s telephone technical support line will not be charged at local national rates.

    Copier2u offers comprehensive free online Technical Support via TeamViewer. This includes email support.
